IT Service Delivery Manager - Warrington (Hybrid) - Up to £55K
A growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join its team and take ownership of the service relationship with one of its largest clients.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery professional who enjoys working directly with clients, managing stakeholder relationships and improving the way IT services are delivered within an MSP or consultancy environment.
You'll sit between the client and the technical service desk, providing structure and reassurance across the relationship while working closely with technical teams to manage escalations, priorities, SLAs and ongoing service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary service delivery contact for a key client
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Lead regular service reviews and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor and manage SLAs, service performance and agreed KPIs
- Produce clear and useful service reporting and dashboards
- Work closely with the service desk to manage escalations and priorities
- Translate technical issues and service challenges into clear business language for clients
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in IT Service Delivery, Service Management or a similar client-facing role
- Experience working within an MSP, managed services or IT consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of service desk operations, SLAs, escalations and service improvement
- Experience managing relationships with customers and senior stakeholders
- Confident leading service reviews and presenting service performance/reporting
- Good technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure and end-user technology
