Junior Business Analyst - Business Applications
As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to support the delivery of new digital solutions and process improvements. You'll gain hands-on experience throughout the full project lifecycle - from gathering requirements and documenting processes to supporting testing and go-live activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

Support the design and implementation of new systems and processes

Assist in mapping current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes

Work with technical teams and end users to ensure smooth system integration's

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training materials

Help monitor project progress and contribute to reporting and documentation

Provide day-to-day support during the Business Central upgrade and rollout

1-2 years experience in a business analyst, systems support, or similar role

Exposure to ERP or business systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
