Junior Business Analyst - Business Applications

Junior Business Analyst - Manchester - (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week).

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to support the delivery of new digital solutions and process improvements. You'll gain hands-on experience throughout the full project lifecycle - from gathering requirements and documenting processes to supporting testing and go-live activities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

  • Support the design and implementation of new systems and processes

  • Assist in mapping current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes

  • Work with technical teams and end users to ensure smooth system integration's

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training materials

  • Help monitor project progress and contribute to reporting and documentation

  • Provide day-to-day support during the Business Central upgrade and rollout

Skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a business analyst, systems support, or similar role

  • Exposure to ERP or business systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV is a plus)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

  • Keen to learn and develop within a fast-paced digital environment
