Lead Consultant - D365 CE

Dynamics 365 CE Lead Consultant West London, Hybrid - (2 days a week)

Role & Responsibilities

• Take technical and functional ownership of the Dynamics 365 CE platform, ensuring stability and scalability across the business.

• Lead configuration, customisation, and Power Platform development to meet evolving business needs.

• Oversee multi-entity CE rollouts, ensuring consistent processes and best-practice implementation.

• Mentor and support CRM specialists, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in D365 CE configuration, customisation, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations, ideally in multi-site or multi-entity environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.

• Confident leadership skills with a collaborative and mentoring approach.
