What You'll Be Doing:
Technical Leadership & DeliveryLeading day-to-day development activity across the Dynamics 365 environmentMentoring developers and setting coding standards / best practicesSupporting delivery planning, sprint cycles, and project timelinesRemaining hands-on with development where requiredSolution Design & ArchitectureDesigning end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)Defining scalable and secure system architectureProducing technical documentation including solution designs and data flowsIntegration & Platform OwnershipOwning integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systemsWorking with APIs and Azure-based services to enable seamless connectivitySupporting data architecture and system interoperabilityPerformance & Continuous ImprovementDriving system performance, reliability, and scalabilitySupporting upgrades, enhancements, and platform evolutionEnsuring solutions align with security and compliance standardsStakeholder EngagementCollaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutionsActing as the go-to technical expert for Dynamics 365 across the organisationWhat We're Looking For: Core ExperienceProven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (development & customisation)Strong knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Experience integrating systems using APIs and middlewareBackground working with Azure services (e.g. Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)Leadership ExperienceExposure to leading projects or mentoring developersExperience delivering enterprise-scale implementations is highly desirableTechnical StrengthsStrong understanding of system design, architecture, and best practicesKnowledge of security models, access controls, and governanceComfortable reviewing and guiding technical solutionsSoft SkillsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProactive, organised, and delivery-focused mindsetAbility to balance hands-on work with strategic inputWhat Success Looks Like: A well-structured and high-performing Dynamics 365 environmentConsistent development standards and governanceScalable, secure, and reliable systemsStrong alignment between technical delivery and business goalsAdditional RequirementsMinimum 2+ years' experience working with Dynamics 365Right to work in the UKAbility to work on-site in NorthamptonshireNice to HaveMicrosoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Azure)Experience working with third-party vendors or system integratorsExposure to architecture frameworks or methodologiesWhy Apply?
