Lead D365 CE Functional Consultant Ready to design and deliver innovative solutions that transform business operations?

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to take a lead role in shaping impactful Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, strategic mindset, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems. You'll work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Delivery teams to design and implement tailored solutions that align with client goals and industry best practices.Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, lead discovery sessions, and define solution roadmap

• Architect secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to business goals
• Advise on best practices, integration strategies, and platform capabilities.

• Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with objectives.

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, PMs, and Delivery teams to define scope and timelines.

• Review and challenge solution designs, ensuring quality and compliance with Microsoft standards.

• Oversee system testing and UAT to ensure successful adoption.

• Stay current with Microsoft updates and maintain relevant certifications.

• Promote knowledge sharing and drive innovation within the team.

• Identify opportunities to optimise performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Skills and Experience

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including architecture and integration's

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business challenges

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions

• Confident in client-facing roles-leading workshops and managing expectations

• Ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes
