Project Manager / Business Analyst - £60k - Hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and support key initiatives across the business. This dual-role position requires both strong project management capabilities to deliver projects on time and within scope, and sharp analytical skills to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable plans. The role will report to the Head of IT and also support the C-Suite with related reporting and governance activities.

You will play a key role in a major systems transformation projects, partnering across Finance, IT, and third-party providers to ensure delivery success and organisational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead or support delivery of work-streams within the ERP/ CRM programme, ensuring scope, time, and budget are managed effectively.
  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Business Analysis: Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and liaise with technical and vendor teams to support delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the business, working with finance, IT, and vendors to resolve issues and align on priorities.
  • UAT & Testing: Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing and system validation activities.
  • Change & Training: Create training materials, support user on-boarding, and contribute to change management planning to drive adoption.
  • Reporting & Governance: Provide reporting and status updates to senior stakeholders, including the C-Suite, ensuring transparency and control.

Skills and Experience

  • ERP Project Experience: Strong exposure to large ERP systems in either a project or business analyst capacity.
  • Business Analysis: Solid experience eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, track dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the business.
  • Testing & Tools: Familiarity with UAT, system testing, and tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
  • Process Understanding: Knowledge of financial and operational business processes; ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and end users.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; project management and/or business analysis certifications are highly desirable.
