A leading UK organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to support its European user base and drive the adoption, optimisation and governance of its Microsoft 365 environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365 background who enjoys working directly with users and stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in improving the employee experience, driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot and helping the organisation get greater value from its collaboration and productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and best practice across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Lead SharePoint Online adoption, improving user experience and information management
- Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, including Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
- Support emerging AI agent and Copilot Studio use cases
- Work closely with end users, local IT teams, service desk and European Modern Workplace teams
Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years' experience working within Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace or Digital Workplace environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and SharePoint Online
- Good knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Forms and Microsoft Copilot
- Proven experience driving user adoption, change management and employee enablement
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 training and education programmes
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security and compliance
