About the Role

We are looking for talented Power Platform Developers at both mid and senior levels to join a growing Digital Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an organisation's digital transformation by designing, building, and optimising solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver data-driven insights.

You'll work with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Pages, Dynamics 365 CE, and Azure services, delivering modern applications that meet complex business needs.

Whether you are developing your technical skills under senior mentorship or ready to step into a leadership role, you'll play a key part in driving innovation and maximising the value of the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Pages, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CE, Azure).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Support process automation and data visualisation to improve efficiency and decision-making.

  • Contribute to testing, debugging, documentation, and user support.

  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practice frameworks.

  • At senior level:

    • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to developers.

    • Conduct code reviews and establish development standards.

    • Lead integration with enterprise systems and contribute to architecture decisions.

    • Influence the organisation's digital roadmap by exploring new Microsoft capabilities.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 CE).

  • Knowledge of software development principles; low-code/no-code experience ideal.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

  • Competence in Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint); experience with JavaScript, C#, HTML, or SQL beneficial.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and structured delivery.

  • For senior roles: proven track record in leading projects, mentoring, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
