Nigel Frank International is working with a well-established professional services organisation seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join their growing Business Applications Team. The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform , Dynamics 365 , SharePoint , and Azure . This position would suit a developer who enjoys solving complex business challenges, creating intuitive user experiences, and working across the full solution lifecycle - from concept through to deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and support end-to-end business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) , Power Automate , and SharePoint .
- Build and maintain integrations across Dynamics 365 , Azure , and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Design and implement Logic Apps , Azure Functions , and API Management solutions to enable secure and scalable data exchange.
- Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles, including source control, deployment pipelines, and solution packaging.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Power Platform environments.
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
- Collaborate within an Agile delivery framework, supporting a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience developing solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 , Dataverse , and SharePoint Online .
- Familiarity with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
- Ability to create and manage custom connectors and integrate REST APIs.
- Understanding of ALM practices and DevOps tools for version control and automated deployment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with an eye for detail and solution quality.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot , AI Builder , or similar AI-driven tools would be advantageous.
- Experience working within a regulated or professional services environment is desirable.
