The Opportunity

Nigel Frank International is working with a well-established UK organisation thats growing its internal Microsoft development capability. Theyre now looking for a Power Platform Developer to help design, build, and enhance business-critical applications across the Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure environments.

This is a remote-first position , with occasional travel to Nottingham for project collaboration. The role suits someone who enjoys delivering end-to-end Microsoft solutions and wants to contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of internal business systems.

The Role

Youll play a key role in developing new applications, extending existing ones, and integrating systems across the Microsoft ecosystem. Working closely with internal stakeholders, youll translate requirements into clean, effective technical solutions that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate .
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions, including intranets, forms, and workflow automation.
  • Customise and extend Dynamics 365 CRM to support evolving business needs.
  • Build integrations using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Leverage Dataverse and Microsoft 365 tools for data connectivity, process automation, and reporting.
  • Apply ALM best practices through Azure DevOps for version control and deployments.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining SharePoint solutions (customisation, workflows, front-end development).
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, customisation, and integration).
  • Good understanding of Azure services , including Logic Apps, Functions, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with .NET, JavaScript, or C# for extending Power Platform or SharePoint functionality.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business teams.

Desirable Experience:

  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot , Copilot Studio , or AI Builder .
  • Experience with Azure DevOps , CI/CD pipelines , and solution packaging.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics 365 .
