About the Role

As a Consultant, you'll be working closely with clients to design, deliver, and support tailored solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). From requirements gathering through to implementation and post-go-live support, you'll be a trusted advisor driving business value through technology.

This is a fully remote position, with only occasional travel to client sites or company meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)
• Develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
• Integrate with Microsoft Azure services and third-party systems as needed
• Produce documentation and deliver training/support to end users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in a consulting capacity
• Strong expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps)
• Proficient in solution design, customisation, and configuration
• Experience with Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), and custom connectors
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, MB-600) are highly desirable
