Product Delivery Manager – Legal Sector

Location: Hybrid – Ipswich, Suffolk

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

About the Role

Nigel Frank are proud to be working with a leading UK law firm, in their search for a Product Delivery Manager to join their growing IT and Digital function.

This role plays a key part in driving forward their technology strategy - overseeing the delivery of cloud-based products and digital solutions that enhance client service and operational efficiency across the firm.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver impactful Microsoft-driven projects such as case management systems, client portals, and workflow automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery teams to plan, manage, and execute product development and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of case management, client-facing portals, and automation tools to streamline legal operations and improve user experience.
• Drive adoption of digital and cloud-based solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring products align with IT strategy and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and track progress through disciplined sprint management.
• Champion continuous improvement, agile best practices, and change management to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across projects.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing end-to-end product or project delivery in a cloud-based or Microsoft-focused environment .
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies , backlog management, and sprint delivery governance.
• Background in digital transformation or product delivery within professional services or a regulated sector (legal sector experience advantageous).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience delivering solutions built on or integrated with the Microsoft 365 or Azure stack preferred.
