London - (2 days a week)
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and user needs.
- Lead the delivery of multi‐technology programmes across CRM, ERP, data and workplace platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture and business teams to define requirements and shape end‐to‐end solutions.
- Use hands‐on knowledge of ACRE or OWS to guide platform enhancements and optimise system performance.
- Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive iterative development cycles.
Skills / Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a Dynamics 365 or enterprise application environment.
- Practical, hands‐on expertise with ACRE or OWS platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, data platforms and modern workplace technologies.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product strategies and actionable delivery plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate and drive outcomes across technical and non‐technical teams.
