Salary: Up to £85k + bonus

About the Role

A leading Microsoft consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives built on Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and the Microsoft Power Platform.

You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, drive governance, and ensure high-quality delivery across business and technical workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and understands Microsoft business applications deeply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full project lifecycle delivery for D365 F&SCM and Power Platform implementations.
  • Lead project governance, planning, RAID management, scheduling, and financial tracking.
  • Facilitate workshops, refine requirements, and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Manage cross-functional resources including consultants, developers, and business SMEs.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and expectation management.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, scope, and timelines.
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Support pre-sales scoping, estimating, and proposal development.
  • Drive adoption, change management, and transition into BAU.

Required Skills & Experience:

Project Management:

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft-focused transformation projects.
  • Track record delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management programmes.
  • Experience overseeing Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies such as Sure Step, Agile, or hybrid models.
  • Strong governance discipline including RAID, reporting, and scope control.

Technical & Functional Awareness:

  • Understanding of D365 F&SCM modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Project Ops, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and functional consultants.
  • Understanding of integrations, data migration, solution architecture, and quality assurance.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
  • Experience engaging C-suite sponsors and senior business leaders.
  • Ability to manage conflict, drive decisions, and maintain momentum in complex environments.
  • Commercial awareness and strong financial control capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience in complex industries (finance, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.).
