This role is suited to a hands‐on SAP delivery lead who can take ownership of the data workstream, operate as the SAP SME, and drive delivery from early planning through cutover and stabilisation.

Key responsibilitiesLead end‐to‐end SAP data migration, including strategy, extraction, transformation, validation and cutoverAct as the SAP SME across the programme, working closely with HR, IT and programme leadershipCoordinate systems integrators, internal stakeholders, and offshore delivery teamsEstablish control of the SAP data workstream and mitigate delivery riskSupport HR / HRIS implementation activity with close alignment to payroll and financeRequired experienceProven experience leading SAP implementations and data migration programmesStrong understanding of SAP data models, including master and transactional dataComfortable in a hands‐on delivery role, not purely governance or PM‐ledExperience working with offshore / non‐UK based teamsBackground delivering SAP programmes in complex, enterprise environments
