Senior Business Analyst -

West London, Hybrid - (2 days a week)

Join an established Dynamics 365 CRM end user, driving transformation through Sales or Field Service modules across a growing digital landscape

Role

• Lead functional delivery of D365 CE solutions with a focus on Sales or Field Service
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape business outcomes
• Mentor junior consultants and foster best practices across the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement and solution optimisation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of D365 CE projects from requirements to go-live
• Facilitate workshops and gather detailed functional requirements
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations throughout the project
• Support internal capability building through mentoring and knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE, specialising in Sales or Field Service modules
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and business process analysis
• Skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design
• Comfortable mentoring peers and working within cross-functional delivery teams
