Nigel Frank are surpporting a global organisation, assisting their search for a Senior IT Director, a leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's technology strategy to support business objectives.

You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the end-to-end Information Technology function. This role will create and lead a lean function, ensuring systems are fit for a small and agile business rather than focusing on theoretical best practice.

The role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and business change across the sector, with particular emphasis on Microsoft technologies and the ongoing optimisation of D365FSCM.

Following the organisation's growth, this role will play a critical part in consolidating IT operations and systems to ensure resilience, scalability, consistent performance, and regulatory compliance. The Senior IT Director will also provide management for a team of IT professionals consisting of SDMs, Business Partners, Architecture, and Data MI SMEs.

Further scope of the role includes seamless integration and evolution of IT systems following M&A activity, while maintaining 99.9% system uptime, regulatory compliance, and enhanced capabilities in asset management. You will act as a key business partner, translating technology strategy into tangible value for operations across Finance, Technical, People, Legal, and Commercial functions. The position balances hands-on delivery leadership with forward-looking innovation, including AI adoption, to support the Company's growth ambitions.Your leadership will greatly influence financial performance and operational efficiency in a collaborative and stable workplace.
