Role: Senior Power Platform Developer

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £60 - £75k DOE

As part of an ongoing digital transformation this healthcare business in London are looking for a Power Platform specialist to join their Digital Services Team . The role will be responsible for the development / technical architecture of new solutions and enhancements across the Power Platform.

You will play a pivotal role in connecting the organisation’s Power Platform solutions with Azure services to create secure, scalable, and intelligent applications. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to step into more of a architect role.

The Role

• Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate , and Dataverse.
• Designing and implementing integrations between Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Key Vault
• Define governance, standards, and best practices to ensure secure and scalable adoption across the organisation.
• Support integration with core systems and data sources to enhance digital workflows and reporting capabilities.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft roadmap updates and introduce new capabilities that drive continuous improvement.

Experience:

• Proven experience developing / architecting and delivering solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and connectors.
• Experience working with Azure services , APIs, data modelling, and integration patterns.
• A background in designing secure, governed, large-scale Power Platform environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365
• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries (desirable, not essential).
