Nigel Frank International are proud to be working with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking to appoint a Systems Manager to take ownership of their internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys driving system improvement, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering meaningful business change through technology.
Responsibilities -
- Take full ownership of the D365 CRM platform, including day-to-day management and long-term roadmap
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand system functionality
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Drive improvements in user experience and adoption across the business
- Streamline and automate business processes using D365 capabilities
- Manage system integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Oversee system updates, releases, and ongoing performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and support
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (essential)
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process optimisation
- Experience in system configuration, customisation, and enhancement
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
- Experience managing system upgrades, integrations, or third-party tools is highly desirable
