D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant

Nigel Frank International are currently supporting an established MS Partner who are actively looking to add D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant to their forward-thinking Business Applications team.

This role will require someone who has hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps - Model-Driven & Canvas) and an appreciation of the capabilities of C# Plugins, JavaScript where out-of-the-box functionality wouldn't suffice.

Responsibilities -

• Lead end‐to‐end implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Configure D365 CE modules and extend platform capabilities using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps (Model‐Driven & Canvas).
• Support solution development through the design and oversight of C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and other extensions where out‐of‐the‐box features are insufficient.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.

Skills -

• Strong hands‐on experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and solution deployment.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, including Power Automate workflows and Power Apps (Model‐Driven & Canvas).
• Working knowledge of C# plugin development and JavaScript for extending D365 CE functionality.
• Excellent client‐facing communication skills with the ability to manage requirements, expectations, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to operate in a techno‐functional capacity, bridging business needs with technical solution design.
