An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team, supporting a wide range of transformative initiatives across logistics, operations, and IT. What you'll be doing? As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful change projects. Your responsibilities will include:- Conducting feasibility assessments and helping build business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in- Facilitating workshops for requirements gathering, prioritisation, and retrospectives- Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements- Modelling current processes and defining future-state improvements- Evaluating third-party solutions and ensuring alignment with strategic goals- Supporting change management activities including training and communications- Assisting with testing, go-live support, and post-implementation analysis- Creating and maintaining project documentation throughout the lifecycle- Operating within Agile or Waterfall frameworks, adapting techniques as needed What you'll bring: Essential:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analysis role- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with BA methodologies- Proven track record in medium to large-scale technology change projects- Skilled in BPMN process modelling and process re-engineering- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsDesirable:- Business Analysis qualification (e.g. CBAP, BCS)- Experience with ERP implementations- Understanding of integrated IT systems and third-party software
