This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the CRM, shape how it’s used across the business, and play a key part in supporting growth.The Role: As the CRM Manager, you’ll be the go-to HubSpot specialist. You’ll define the CRM roadmap, manage day-to-day configuration, improve data quality, build workflows and empower teams to use HubSpot effectively. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, customer experience and leadership to ensure the platform supports targeted campaigns, accurate reporting and smooth processes.- Manage CRM data and lists for targeted campaigns- Own the HubSpot roadmap and prioritise platform improvements- Review new HubSpot features and identify relevant enhancements- Set and maintain data standards across the CRM- Manage and rationalise data properties to keep the system clean and usable- Improve data quality, including deduplication, formatting fixes and enrichment- Design and maintain workflows and automations across the customer lifecycle- Build reports and dashboards for marketing, sales and leadership The Person: 6+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in a B2B environmentDemonstrable experience owning or administering HubSpot, not just using itA logical, detail-focused approach to process and data designAbility to translate business needs into effective CRM solutionsConfidence delivering training to non-technical usersYou will be a supportive team player who enjoys office-time, mentoring teams, solving problems and helping to shape and grow the CRM function.This role can be hybrid or remote, with some office time expected monthly.
