Data Entry Assistant

We are recruiting a Temporary Quality Assurance / Data Entry Assistant to join a busy manufacturing environment in Birtley. This short-term assignment is ideal for graduates, university students, college leavers, or anyone seeking temporary work experience in a professional setting.

This role combines accurate data entry with quality checking tasks, helping to support the business during a busy period.

• Accurately inputting information onto internal systems and spreadsheets
• Reviewing and checking data for accuracy and completeness
• Recording quality assurance information and maintaining records
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with the movement of products and materials, including some light manual lifting
• Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Happy to undertake some manual handling duties as part of the role
• Available to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the assignment
