The CompanyNW Tech is delighted to bring a new role to market. We're partnering with a rapidly growing B2B services business who are seeking a Data and Insights Manager to lead their analytics capability. You will manage a small team, taking accountability for transforming data into insights that inform decision making across the leadership team and wider business. The RoleKey responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for senior management and business stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and ensure insights are aligned to business priorities
- Oversee the design, development and maintenance of Azure SQL Databases and related data pipelines
- Ensure Power BI dashboards are robust and scalable, aligned with best practise. xkybehq
- Develop and execute a data and insights roadmap that supports the company's growth roadmap
The RequirementsAwesome opportunity for someone who would like to join a company on a growth trajectory and who understand the importance of becoming as data driven as possible to drive this. Key requirements:
- Proven man management or team leader experience in a data, insight or analytics environment
- Hands on experience with Azure SQL databases and Power BI
- Comfortable delivering insights that influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple data sources (APIs, third party systems)
- Exposure to cloud based data architectures and modern data platforms would be useful
- Commercially curious and outcome focused
