Digital Delivery Manager

Our client, a well-known UK brand with a strong heritage and ambitious digital growth plans, is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager to lead high-impact projects and help transform their online platforms.This is a chance to be at the heart of a digital transformation, delivering projects that directly enhance the customer experience. You’ll work across multiple brand websites, e-commerce services, and new digital initiatives, while shaping delivery practices and guiding internal teams. You’ll also engage with senior stakeholders and play a key role in embedding agile ways of working, helping the business become more efficient, customer-centric, and commercially effective online.What you'll be doing?- Lead the delivery of complex digital projects, including website rebuilds, UX-led customer journeys, and scalable architecture initiatives- Support and coach teams through agile ceremonies and delivery practices- Manage project risks, timelines, and resources, ensuring high-quality delivery- Collaborate with internal development teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to meet business goals- Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly across all levels of the organisation What you need The ideal candidate will have:- Proven experience in digital project delivery, ideally on e-commerce or customer-facing platforms- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with the flexibility to work in a maturing delivery environment- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across all levels- Experience coaching or guiding junior team members through delivery best practices- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset, confident in challenging constructivelyAgency experience is not a barrier, but you must demonstrate commitment and tangible delivery outcomes Why join?
