This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact programme that will modernise systems across UK and offshore operations, improve business processes, and support sustainability initiatives in preparation for future legislation.

Role

As an ERP Analyst, you will work closely with the ERP Implementation Manager, internal departments, and external consultants to ensure the successful delivery of the new ERP system. You’ll play a key role in gathering business requirements, supporting system configuration and testing, and helping to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting requirements gathering and documentation across departments (finance, operations, inventory, etc.)
  • Assisting with ERP system configuration and integration activities
  • Participating in testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Helping to prepare training materials and user documentation
  • Providing support during go-live and post-implementation phases
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
Person

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A good understanding of business processes and how they translate into system requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a large-scale transformation project

If you’re looking to grow your ERP expertise and be part of a major systems transformation, we’d love to hear from you. The role will require candidates to spend some time in the office, Durham, and potentially travel to sites overseas. The salary on offer will depend on experience but likely to be £50-65,000.
