ERP Implementation Lead
The Job Support will be hired to work with this growing SME whilst they change from a finance system to an ERP. Day to day:
- Assist with user accepting testing ad help establish what good looks like
- Support finance users during testing and implementation
- Troubleshoot issues and know when and how to escalate to IT provider
- Prepare, validate and upload migration data templates
- Assist with data cleansing activities
- Mentor the finance team through the change process
- Support improvements that naturally arise to the new ERP
- You will have a finance background, understanding of finance processes, controls and accounting systems
- Previous ERP/system implementation experience
- Experience supporting testing
- Data migration and data validation experience
- Ability to closely support finance users and less experienced staff
- Ability to problem solve
- Coins experience would be preferred but is not essential.
