Ecommerce Manager FTC/Remote

We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale direct-to-consumer (DTC) and marketplace operations in the UK and key European regions.The Role: Own the local E-Commerce strategy – You’ll be responsible for everything that happens in your market, from planning to execution.Drive demand planning with high accuracy and align with group targets.Create and deliver impactful sales campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Develop marketplace operations – a strategic growth pillar for the business.Work closely with partners and dealer networks to ensure seamless Click & Collect experiences.Enhance customer experience by supporting service teams and reducing contact rates.Support operational excellence, including order and inventory management.The Person: 3+ years’ experience in E-Commerce (DTC or marketplace).Knowledge of email and affiliate marketing.Familiarity with E-Commerce and CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore a plus).Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.A proactive, “can-do” attitude with creativity and flexibility.This is a remote role with occasional travel to site.
