RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a Frontend Developer to join an established web team, working on customer-facing digital platforms used at scale.
You’ll focus on building and enhancing responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, contributing throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Working closely with designers, backend engineers and product owners, you’ll help deliver new features and continuously improve existing applications.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Developing clean, well-structured frontend code aligned to best practices
- Building responsive, user-centred interfaces that meet accessibility standards
- Collaborating within an agile, cross-functional product team
- Enhancing and maintaining existing web applications
- Supporting performance, security and usability improvements
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
This is a fully remote role within the UK, offering long-term stability and meaningful technical work.
PersonYou’ll be an experienced frontend developer with a strong grounding in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, confident building modern, responsive user interfaces.
You’re comfortable working with APIs, version control, and modern UI frameworks, and you take pride in writing maintainable, accessible code. Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is important.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and frameworks
- A user-centred mindset with attention to accessibility and performance
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills
