Head of HR

The opportunity; We are working with a growing tech company as they move into their next phase of expansion.  As Head of HR, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy while rolling up your sleeves to deliver the operational HR support needed to support the leadership team.This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, impact, and the chance to build a future-proof people function from the ground up.Head of HR; As Head of HR, you will:
  • Partner closely with the leadership team on all people related matters.
  • Own the full HR strategy and roadmap, ensuring they build scalable processes that align with future growth plans.
  • Deliver day-to-day operational HR across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and ER to performance, development, and policies.
  • Coach and support managers to help them lead effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Embed a strong culture along with values and behaviours.
  • Lead recruitment and workforce planning, ensuring they attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement HR systems, processes, and frameworks that enable efficiency and great employee experience.
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing, and development initiatives that help people and teams thrive.
  • Support the leadership team on organisation design, capability building, and future workforce needs.
  • You will manage a build a small team.
What We’re Looking For; We’d love to hear from you if you are:
  • An experienced Senior HRBP/Head of HR who has worked in a small or scaling business.
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
  • Excited about working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
  • Confident across all areas of HR, including ER, recruitment, performance, talent, and culture.
  • Able to build relationships quickly.
  • Approachable, pragmatic, and commercially minded.
  • Someone who loves bringing structure and can build solid HR foundations.
