We’re supporting a rapidly growing, private-equity backed AI SaaS business on the appointment of their first Head of Solutions. This is a pivotal hire that will shape how the organisation engages, designs, configures, and delivers its highly configurable, workflow-led automation platform.

With ambitions to double in size within 12–18 months, this is an exceptional opportunity to build and lead a solutions function from the ground up.

Why This Role Matters

This is a senior role that sits across the full client lifecycle—from early discovery and pre-sales, through solution design and configuration, into delivery, onboarding, and go-live.You will be the strategic glue between Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Product, ensuring consistency, clarity and quality in how solutions are shaped and taken live.

You’ll inherit a small, early-stage team and play a defining role in building out a best-in-class Solutions Consulting capability.

What You'll Own: 

You’ll be regularly engaging with:

  • Enterprise-level customers
  • Strategic partners 
  • SDRs, AEs and commercial teams—helping shape scope, risk and commercials
  • A rapidly growing Solutions Consultant team, which you will coach and expand
Skills and requirements We're looking for people who are: 
  • Process-first & configuration-led – with a strong ability to translate business processes into platform-led solutions
  • Hands-on in pre-sales and post-sales – credible shaping solutions with clients and comfortable owning delivery through to go-live
  • Adoption-focused – passionate about customer success and creating repeatable outcomes in a low-code environment
