Key Responsibilities: Strategic IT Leadership-
Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with organisational goals.

Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for digital innovation.

Oversee IT infrastructure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

Define and track KPIs for IT performance and project success.

Manage risk, backup, and disaster recovery planning.

Lead digital transformation initiatives that modernise systems and processes.

Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to inform strategy.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.

Identify skill gaps and implement relevant training.

Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.

Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data protection.

Manage the IT budget effectively, optimising resources and spend.

Create and enforce IT policies and governance procedures.

Ensure delivery of high-quality IT support and services across the business.

Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.

Support workplace improvement and participate in incident investigations as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (required).

Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are advantageous.

At least 5 years in an IT management or similar senior IT leadership role.
