The Role In this varied and rewarding position, you’ll lead the teams, ensuring they’re equipped to meet fast-paced demands. You’ll manage IT and business projects, maintain commercial revenue streams, and ensure the accuracy of data across websites, apps, and displays. Whether working independently or with stakeholders, your structured and collaborative approach will help deliver real-world improvements that are seen and felt across the region.Specifically you will- Lead, manage, develop and enhance all resources of the teams including data management and information systems
- Manage the portfolio of information systems providing accurate, comprehensive and accessible information in digital and print formats to a high level.
- Ensure the maintenance and integrity of data within all relevant platforms, databases and produce all relevant outputs ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
- Ensure all data is maintained to national and / or international standards and capable of producing exports and handling imports in required standard formats
- Ensure any interface and / or application programming interface (API) requirements are managed and maintained to all business, third party partners and agreed external organisations.
- Operate in a cross-team capacity between IT teams as well as with other departments
- Monitor and align business systems to evolving requirements by identifying and implementing improvements that support business processes.
- Participate in change control and risk management processes, problem and incident resolution, fulfilment requests and work packages.
- Undertake other aspects of IT Service Delivery as required including involvement in ticketing and gating activities, management / delivery of smaller ICT project works and systems / equipment testing initiatives.
- Lead on impact projects, BAU, and product roadmaps to ensure strategic direction is adhered to including costs, security, obsolescence and other service metrics.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed to the appropriate departmental policies both existing and future, including - technical, data protection and security standards. Update departmental policies when required by ICT Management.
