Infrastructure Analyst

I am looking for a proactive Infrastructure Analyst to support and evolve a complex IT/OT landscape. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence—ideal for someone who thrives in high-availability environments and enjoys working across both business and manufacturing systems.
What you'll be doing:- Lead and support infrastructure projects across IT and OT systems
- Provide expert-level 3rd-line BAU support
- Design and implement resilient networks, server environments, and cloud solutions
- Ensure compliance with GxP, CFR Part 11, and cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere, Windows Server/Desktop, and Cisco networking
- Knowledge of firewall technologies, Veeam, Active Directory, and storage solutions
- Exposure to SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL is a plus
- Experience in regulated environments or manufacturing (SCADA, PLCs) is desirable
- Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware, or ITIL are advantageous
