You will provide hands-on HR advice to managers and employees, supporting day-to-day people matters while also contributing to broader HR initiatives across performance, talent, engagement, and process improvement.It is ideally suited to someone looking to develop towards a Business Partnering career path. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:*   Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across assigned client areas*   Advise on people policies, best practice, and UK employment law matters*   Support and manage employee relations cases, including performance and absence*   Partner with HR Business Partners on talent management and performance processes*   Deliver core HR activities such as training requests, internal moves, and leavers*   Contribute to wider HR initiatives including policy development and engagement programmes*   Take ownership of client-specific projects and ad hoc people reporting What You'll Bring My client is looking for a commercially aware HR professional who enjoys the pace of a demanding environment.The successful candidate will likely demonstrate:*   3–5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or HR Analyst role*   Strong working knowledge of  UK employment law and HR best practice*   Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills*   Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle operational and project work*   A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and comfort working with ambiguity*   A strong academic background, aligned to the calibre of the organisation Contact For further information or a confidential chat please contact Shona on /
