Junior Network Engineer
About the Role: I am seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Network Engineer to support and enhance my clients network infrastructure. The role involves assisting with network operations, troubleshooting, and contributing to infrastructure development.Key Responsibilities: Network Support
- Assist in monitoring and resolving network issues.
- Support deployment and maintenance of network hardware.
- Learn and apply connectivity solutions suited to business needs.
- Participate in testing and maintaining business continuity plans.
- Provide technical support to internal users and collaborate with the IT support team.
- Contribute to documentation of network infrastructure.
- Assist in researching and evaluating emerging network technologies.
- Gain exposure to network design and architecture.
- Learn about network upgrade paths and planning.
- Help identify opportunities to enhance network performance and reliability.
- Support the development of efficient support processes.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving network availability.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching).

- Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting tools.
- Interest in Cisco networking (CCNA-level knowledge is a plus).

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
