We’re looking for a Lead Salesforce Administrator to join our clients digital team and drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence across their organisation.
As their Lead Salesforce Admin, you’ll be at the heart of their Salesforce operations—designing, configuring, and maintaining scalable solutions that support business needs and enhance user experience. You’ll lead a team of admins, mentor colleagues, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage upgrades, drive process improvements, and champion Salesforce best practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading the design and delivery of secure, functional Salesforce solutions.
- Managing platform upgrades, integrations, and performance optimisation.
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Salesforce Admins.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our Salesforce offering.
- Supporting user adoption through training, documentation, and evangelism.
- Participating in agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to build and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with custom Salesforce development.
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gearset.
- Knowledge of the housing or public services sector.
