A fast-growing education technology company with a social purpose is seeking an Operations and Engagement Coordinator to join their small, dynamic team. This is a varied role ideal for someone organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about education and customer engagement.

• Providing administrative support across the business
• Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating school training sessions and onboarding
• Responding to teacher enquiries and supporting site usage
• Assisting with marketing content, newsletters, and social media
• Contributing to curriculum content and resource creation
• Attending education events and supporting community engagement

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Interest in education and technology
• Experience in customer support or marketing is a plus
