This role offers the chance to make a real impact — leading the delivery of technology solutions that support financial advisory and wealth management services across the business.What you'll be doing?

As Product Owner, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle — from initial concept through to delivery and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Head of Product and a talented cross-functional team, you’ll ensure all product activity is aligned with strategic objectives and delivers measurable business outcomes.Key responsibilities include:- Defining and delivering the product vision and roadmap.- Translating business needs into clear user stories and requirements for development teams.- Managing and prioritising the product backlog, balancing commercial and customer value.- Leading Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.- Supporting business rollouts through effective training, communication, and change management.- Ensuring all products meet relevant regulatory and compliance standards.- Using data-driven insights and user feedback to drive ongoing product improvement.

What you'll bring:- Proven experience as a Product Owner (ideally within financial services or a regulated industry).- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- The ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.- A proactive, collaborative, and accountable working style.Why join?
