We’re supporting an ambitious organisation currently going through a major digital transformation – and this is your chance to be at the heart of it.As the CRM Product Owner, you’ll take the lead on developing and delivering smart, user-focused CRM solutions that make a real difference to customers and colleagues alike. Working in agile, cross-functional teams, you’ll own the product roadmap, shape business requirements, and champion customer needs from discovery through to delivery.You’ll be collaborating closely with ICT, housing, customer experience, and other teams to optimise systems and data – all while driving forward improvements that directly impact satisfaction and service quality. From backlog management and stakeholder engagement to data-led decision-making, you’ll have the space and support to deliver meaningful, lasting change.What you'll be doing?- Leading agile multi-disciplinary teams to deliver CRM system improvements and new capabilities- Working closely with ICT and business teams to align CRM solutions with broader digital strategy- Capturing customer and colleague insights to drive user-focused design and continuous improvement- Owning and managing the CRM product backlog, writing user stories, and prioritising features- Supporting data-led decisions to improve customer satisfaction and streamline internal processes- Ensuring CRM solutions meet compliance and regulatory standards (including GDPR)- Collaborating across departments to deliver a consistent and personalised customer experience- Using performance data and feedback to iterate and evolve product functionality What you need- Solid experience leading CRM-related projects and agile delivery- Strong background in user stories, backlog management, and agile ceremonies- Confident working with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders- A customer-first mindset and a passion for using tech to solve real-world problems- Experience in housing or public sector (a bonus, not a must!)Why Join?- A competitive salary of £56,970- The chance to shape CRM strategy and delivery during a critical transformation phase- Flexible hybrid working and a supportive, purpose-driven environment- A role where your ideas and leadership will have real impact
