Help Build a Transformation Function from the Ground Up

Are you a Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to change programmes?

We're looking for a Transformation Project Manager to join a growing transformation team at a pivotal stage in its journey. This isn't an opportunity to step into a large, established PMO with rigid processes and layers of governance. Instead, you'll play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered whilst helping build the foundations of a growing transformation capability.

Working closely with the Transformation Programme Manager and a newly appointed Business Analyst, you'll help drive a portfolio of projects that span technology, operations, process improvement, organisational change, and business transformation.

If you're looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence how change is delivered, this could be the role for you. You'll be responsible for managing and delivering a range of transformation initiatives across the business, ensuring projects are structured, effectively governed, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Projects are varied and may include:

  • Systems and technology change initiatives
  • Process improvement programmes
  • Operating model and organisational design projects
  • Commercial and operational transformation
  • Business integration and change programmes
  • Cross-functional initiatives spanning sales, finance, operations, and technology

This role requires someone who can balance project governance with pragmatism, adapting their approach depending on the project and stakeholder group involved.

What you'll be doing?
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives
  • Creating clear plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Supporting the development of project delivery standards and ways of working
  • Working closely with Business Analysts during discovery and requirements phases
  • Providing project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Driving projects forward whilst managing competing priorities
What you need

We're keen to speak with Project Managers who can demonstrate experience delivering business and transformation projects rather than purely technical infrastructure projects.

You'll ideally have experience of:

  • Delivering business change and transformation initiatives
  • Managing systems, operational, and process improvement projects
  • Working across both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Influencing stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
  • Operating effectively within evolving or less structured environments
  • Introducing structure and governance without creating unnecessary bureaucracy

Most importantly, you'll enjoy rolling your sleeves up, taking ownership, and helping organisations improve how they deliver change.

Why join?
  • Opportunity to help build a growing transformation function
  • High visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Varied portfolio of business and technology change initiatives
  • Genuine opportunity to influence ways of working
  • Hybrid working environment
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
