Project Manager - Workday Transformation
The Opportunity Location: Northeast (preferred) or London - 18 month FTC A major organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation programme is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of a multi-workstream Workday transformation. This role is ideal for someone who excels in structured delivery, governance, and navigating complex change.What you'll be doing?- Lead and coordinate day-to-day programme activity across functional, technical, data, testing and change workstreams.- Maintain integrated project plans, ensuring alignment across all teams and milestones.- Operate delivery controls including RAID management, governance reporting, milestone tracking and quality assurance.- Support cutover, release planning, go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.- Manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as required with clear recommendations.- Facilitate transition from programme delivery into a sustainable BAU support model. -Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and Workday partners to ensure smooth delivery.What you need- Proven experience managing Workday or similar HR/ERP transformation programmes.- Strong project management skills across multi-stream delivery environments.- Experience working within structured delivery frameworks and governance models.- Knowledge of BAU operations and service transition practices.- Highly organised, proactive and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.Why join?- Work on a major multi-stream Workday programme.- Opportunity to shape long-term Workday operating models and processes.- Competitive day rate/contract package.
