As a Sage Support Consultant, you will provide first-line telephone and remote support to customers across a range of Sage products and third-party add-ons. You’ll handle incoming support queries, diagnose issues, prioritise cases in line with SLAs and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality resolutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling Sage support queries via phone, email and remote access
- Analysing issues, performing data investigations and producing reports
- Managing and prioritising cases to maintain agreed service levels
- Staying up to date with the latest software updates and patches
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice
- Providing an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction
This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work within a collaborative, well-supported environment. Salary is up to £40,000.
