As a Sage Support Consultant, you will provide first-line telephone and remote support to customers across a range of Sage products and third-party add-ons. You’ll handle incoming support queries, diagnose issues, prioritise cases in line with SLAs and ensure customers receive timely, high-quality resolutions. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling Sage support queries via phone, email and remote access
  • Analysing issues, performing data investigations and producing reports
  • Managing and prioritising cases to maintain agreed service levels
  • Staying up to date with the latest software updates and patches
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice
  • Providing an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction 

This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work within a collaborative, well-supported environment. Salary is up to £40,000.

You’ll be a customer-focused support professional with experience in Sage products and a passion for problem-solving. You communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and enjoy helping users get the most out of their systems.

  • Experience supporting Sage applications (e.g., Sage 200 or similar)
