Sales Analyst

The Company Nigel Wright Tech are delighted to be working with an established renewables business in their search for a Sales analyst. The Role Key responsibilities include: 
  • Undertake market and sector analysis, monitoring developments, trends and areas of change 
  • Analyse and interpret internal data to identify patterns, drivers and trends 
  • Monitor market structures and trade flows, summarising key observations 
  • Analyse demand patterns and consumption trends 
  • Contribute to cost, pricing and economic analysis 
The Requirements This is an exciting role working closely with the Commercial team and other key stakeholders across the organisation. The role will offer exposure to markets, data and commercial topics within a dynamic environment. Key requirements include: 
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills (ideally Power BI knowledge) and a willingness to learn new approaches 
  • Commercial experience within market or commercial analysis or data-led research 
  • Comfortable working with fractured or incomplete data
  • Interested in how understanding how costs, pricing, markets and strategy interact 
  • Exposure to renewables sector experience is desirable but not essential
