You’ll play a key role in generating qualified leads, engaging with compliance leaders, and fuelling the growth of a cutting-edge solution that automates thousands of technical tasks at the click of a button.If you’re a high-performing SDR looking to join a mission-led business with an exceptional culture and industry-leading benefits, we’d love to hear from you.Role Profile:• Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, personalised email outreach, and social selling.• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to connect with and qualify prospective clients.• Research target industries, companies, and buyer personas to craft tailored outreach.• Engage with compliance leaders, executives, and decision-makers to spark initial interest.• Qualify potential opportunities before handing them over to BDMs.• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion.• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and consistently exceed outreach and opportunity creation targets.Person Specification:• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally with outbound prospecting exposure.• Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach with energy, persistence, and professionalism.• Excellent phone presence, listening skills, and persuasive communication.• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.• Experience with compliance, risk, legal, or HR SaaS solutions (preferred).• Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
