You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding the client’s presence across the region. Working closely with the CRO, marketing, and BDR teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. If you’re a commercially minded sales professional ready to take ownership, drive growth, and make a real impact in a growing business, please get in touch.Role Profile:•    Drive new customer acquisition by building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline through self-sourced leads and collaboration with marketing and BDRs.•    Deliver incremental revenue in line with company targets, focusing on high-potential businesses in the Northeast.•    Lead bid management processes, crafting compelling and competitive proposals that reflect the company’s value proposition.•    Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in HubSpot to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.•    Collaborate with the wider Business Development team to generate marketing activity and enhance brand recognition.•    Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back into the business to refine strategy.Person Specification:•    Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and consistent target achievement.•    Strong understanding of the IT sector, MSP operations, and business technology solutions.•    Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.•    Process-oriented and analytical, with a keen eye for efficiency and problem-solving.•    Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot experience would be advantageous) and confident in managing the full sales cycle.•    Energetic, adaptable, and passionate about contributing to team success.•    Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with prospects and clients alike.
