Senior Developer - Contract

The Role Exciting opportunity to join a well established North East basis on an initial 6 month contract basis.The organisation have a new ERP system and need additional expertise to get this integrated and developed.  Highly skilled in Python development is a most and an expert in API integrations with strong mentoring skills. This role will require you to be onside in Newcastle 2-3 days per week and will be outside of IR35.  May be a bit of flex on day rate depending on experience.Essential for the role
  • Integration development and API engineering
  • Strong experience working with third-party APIs
  • Deep knowledge of REST, SOAP and API architectural patterns
  • Significant experience with Python and .NET/C#
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases such as Oracle or MS SQL Server
  • Proven experience designing, developing and maintaining applications and microservices
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, secure and well-documented code
  • Confident coach and mentor to other developers
  • Strong team-player with excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to own and lead the full tech stack
