Senior Project Manager

As a key member of the central project delivery team, you’ll manage multiple complex projects, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and play a vital role in shaping the future of services that matter to thousands of people.
What you'll be doing?-
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within a major transformation programme.

Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and programme priorities.

Establish effective governance structures to support decision-making and maintain clear accountability.

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes that meet business needs.

Foster strong relationships across the organisation to support collaboration and ensure project success.

Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership.

Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to evolving project standards.

Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects across IT, operations, or business change environments.

Skilled in project governance, stakeholder management, and balancing competing priorities.

Proficient in using project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident working with both delivery teams and senior leaders.

A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically — keeping delivery on track while aligned with long-term goals.

Hybrid working: minimum 3 days per week on-site

Mon–Thurs: 08:30–17:00
